Ingredients of Chicken Cutlets

  1. You need 250 g of Chicken (boneless).
  2. Prepare 3 of Potatoes (medium sized).

  4. You need 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  5. It's 2 of Green chilies (chopped).
  6. It's 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Red chili powder.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Pepper powder.
  9. It's of Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp.
  10. Prepare of Garam masala powder 3/4 tspn.
  11. You need of Salt as required.
  12. It's 1 of Egg.
  13. You need 1 cup of Bread crumbs.
  14. Prepare of Oil 2 tbsp plus more for frying.

  1. Cook the cleaned chicken pieces with little water and pepper powder, as per your taste, in water..
  2. In the meanwhile, cook the potatoes too with little salt..
  3. Once chicken is cooked, shred them to smaller pieces and keep it aside..
  4. And when potatoes are cooked well, peel the skin and keep them aside..
  5. Now heat oil in a pan..
  6. Add the chopped onions and saute until they turn soft and light pink..
  7. Next add the ginger garlic paste and green chilies..

  14. Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix..
  15. Cook covered for 2 minutes..

  17. Once this mixture cools down, we can start moulding it into shapes for frying..
  18. Before that, keep an egg beaten in a flat bowl, and take the bread crumbs in a plate..
  19. Now take small balls from the potato chicken mix and flatten it between your palms, to make small discs. Or you may make any shape like oval or heart..
  20. Heat oil in a kadai..
  21. Carefully place the prepared kebabs in the hot oil..
  22. Fry until golden brown by flipping the sides in between..
  23. Once done, place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil, if any..
